What is so hard to understand that you have no excuse to park like that.
"只停了几分钟，花了$7。56买了几磅水果，" You just admitted that you double parked for approximately few minutes. Buy fruits is not a legal excuse that can get you off the case. Plus you are wasting courts time.

Yes in Nevada, Judge can add penalty for defense like this.

A good defense generally are act of god, unable to perform under normal circumstance, Necessity and Insanity. I dont think you qualify either one of those.
