If they are insiders, they have to report to SEC. sometimes Morningstar reports this. These data should be found from SEC reports. Since there are too many funds, it is difficult to track them.
I guess the strategies are:
1. find good funds (4stars +)
2. filter them by checking who eat their own baked cake.
I just know that FBALX has his own money. someone said that certain fund companies require their managers to invest some into their own funds.
