We had same situation when we bought our house and also tried to hold the seller and their agent responsible for left-over problem. But nothing worked because it is your house now and anyone who own/owned house knew those are minor problems so no sympathy to you at all. So we fixed them all. Now more than a year after, looking back,considering all the major renovation we paid big bucks for, I think those were really the least problems you should waste your time on. Just move on.
