#1: we are not supposed to stop viewer's eyes. If the subject is the tree, wouldn't let it compete with the background of see, how about making background a little bit blur.
#2: I would like to get more foreground in order to show the depth of your subject.
#3 is a very nice one to me.
Just my personal opinion, please don't mind.
