Hahaha, I know some bounded feet ladies are very

strong minded. In old time, one of the standard for judging capable wives(most of them have bounded feet)was that if they could manage the big family, manage the family fortune and servants. And their skills of public relationship. I never think Chinese women were very submissive, even in the old time.
