You should call USCIS to ask. I filed 7/27 to NSC, got LUD 11/30 and 12/03. I called on 12/05 and was told my case actually has been approved and wait for document generation. Then I saw my AP approval on 12/07 and another LUD on 12/08 (Saturday). Today (12/11/07) The lawyer received my AP.

So I guess your AP has been aprroved also just call.
