First, daughter age is safe if under 21 and unmarried for either way, as long as she is accompanying to the mother (either case in I-130 or I-129F)

If married in Canada, they will get K3/K4 visa in Canada and then enter US to file I-485. Or enter US to marry and both file I-485 here based on the new spouse's I-130, in this case, they need to get AP before the daughter returns to school in Canada.

Four months is too short.
If use K3/K4 path and they have valid US B visa (issued before your marriage), they can come for visit.
