我是H1, EB2, 485 Pending, 今年8月份回国结婚, 准备给我太太递485,有几个问题想向你请教一下:

1. 准本给她file CP, 请问具体如何操作?

you have to file i-824 AFTER you get 485 approval. then guangzhou consulate knows your 485 is approved in order to process

2. 如果file 了CP,在等待期间, 还能给她申请H4来美吗? 因为申请了移民签证,好像就不能申请非移民签证了?
no problem for her h4 stamping as long as you 485 is pending
