That means you can change your job anytime after your 485 approval. Though in reality, the lawyers always say wait for another 6 months before you do that. This way, no one can question your intention. So if possible, wait a little bit, a few months, before the official job change. (Though I think you can start looking around now, it will take a few months to nail a real good job.)
