NSC Eb11 RFE denial. I need to appeal for the award criteria. The lawyer is helpless after he received the money(He even do not receive my phonecall). Your previous post said that you know some cases about appeal. How to write the appeal letter? can I add more evidences to prove that these awards are National awrads and should be counted?
