credit history --不能保留，meaning when you come back to US, you will need to establish a new credit history.

和银行账户可以保留吗？-- Nothing keep you from keeping your bank account, but it will be difficult to manage it when you are not in US.

401k怎么处理？--you can keep it with your current currier. that is your investment. If you want to take it out now, you will pay some panelty. But if you wait till 65 years old to get it, I am not sure what is the chance you will lose it since you are not in US for so long. I would just take it with me to be safe, even paying panelty fees.
