The function of Resume is to be able to generate phone calls.
If your resume can generate lots phone calls for you, then it works well.
If not, you need either modify your resume by yourself or ask someone else to modify it.
Go to bookstore, read books about how to write resume is the first step you can do if you are not sure how to write a good one.
