I have opted two advanced procedures -- custom LASIK and bladeless LASIK which added about $1300 each eye in cost. After VSP (insurance) discount I spent about $5200, you can also use flex spending money for this.
Yes, you need to go to your eye doctors to have your eyes checked to see whether you are good candidates. This center does not operate on you if you are not good candidate for LASIK. I picked my eye dr from my VSP insurance dr network.
