If the breast cancer gets in time treatment, the woman definitely could have a life as other normal women's. Today cosmetic surgery is fairly common. She can have one as long as she is willing to. The only issue is to find a man who loves her with an open mind. I believe there are such men exist.

As of having kids, she certainly can, too. So long as her productivity system are healthy. Breasts do nothing on fertilization but feeding. However, she needs to take a couple of years off after the chemotherapy. Because the anti-cancer drugs could cause a congenitally deformed baby.
