Could I apply for two H1b visa at same time? waiting on line

my present employer sumbitted my H1B application one month ago. However, I just find another better offer from another company. Do you think I can ask the new employer to submit another H1B application for me now? I need tell USCIS to stop the old H1b application? I greatly appreicat your help.
