请大家帮我看看怎样解决这个问题

大约一半个月前，我每次打开 internet explorer,一些中文广告网站就频频自动打开,google 的pop-up blocker 根本就不管用.更糟糕的是一个月前我每次关机的时候屏幕上就出现"driver_power_state_failure"的字样然后就不动了,只有强行关机. 按照给出的所有提示检查了一下, 除了没有重装windows之外,但都没用.我很苦恼.请大家帮我想想办法,怎样尽快恢复电脑.多谢了!
