don't understand why company publish

employees' salary. very silly. I can imagine if this happens in our firm, there will be a BIG/HUGE fight!That is why our company policy hints that we should treat salary as top confidential thing! Your co-work didn't do too much wrong, your company did a terrible thing in this case.
