to project leader position. But this is big pharma. If you are in a small pharma/biotech company, you may able to grow to project leader/Sr. Project lead role.

This job requires excellent language and communication skill, some basic technical understanding, and very "thick" skin. Otherwise, it is hard to go day by day.
