Go to hardware store with your new oil filter.
Find tools "Spud wrench" or "Adjustable slip nut wrench" in plumbling department. Try if the tool fits the round holes.

Also look for "Basin wrench" and see if it can give you more torque.

Remember tools are cheaper than to dismantle 发动机的螺柱部件.
