i don't understand what you said. for my understanding, if we file perm, the whole process of LC will be within 6 months. after that, if we file EB2, that means file I140 and I485 together, even though we wait for approval, but we can get AP and EAD after 3 months after I140 and I485 filed, even though the six years of H1b expired, we still can use EAD to work and use AP to go back to home country. Am I right?
