Yes, for at least one or two times. If more, CBP can definately doubt that you have abandoned your home country of residence and refuse your entrance under B visa. Apply a US visa (or COS in US) that meets your true purpose of being in US (such as study or working,.. which are legitimate reasons to stay in US continuously for years) so you don't have to play game with your B status.
