Donation:

You can find them in the yellow page/local phone book.
I have no experience of donating cars. Some companies may charge you 20-50 bucks for the service. Better call and find out. Remember to keep the receipts for tax purpose.

Relo:
Contact your company HR for recommendation. You can also find many companies in the yellow page. The two largest companies are 1) United Van Line, they have many agents through the country 2) Belkins.
Neither is cheap though. How does your company pay the relo? do they agree to reimburse the amount against the invoice? if so, u don't have worry about about the cost as long as it's within in the budget indicated in the offer. If they will pay you a lump sum upfront, and you want to save a few bucks for yourself, then you better shop around and find the best deal, check with your HR and find out if they know any inexpensive moving companies, or you can search the yellow page and make some calls aksing for price quote.
