sigh, can you be more accurate

when giving out the problem? There are many ways feasible according to your stated requirements. But if you always add requirements afterwards, how can one solve your problem?
For example: you can use the sissors to pick up the cup and hang it on the hook first and then cut the rope in the middle, whatever way, it won't fall, of course.
