What action that caused by them? Hope you dont mean that they didn't tell you they have a drop box in their place for which you can drop your payment after hours--I mean the working hour daily. In other word, if you have enough evidence and time, then go for the fight.

It is all up to you, but just to remind you that dont be too emotionally to deal with the situation. Otherwise, you might be hurt more at end.
