Luxus is not a exciting car to drive. It is very reliable without personality. My next retired police chief loves it.

Volvo is a nice car. However, it might be damed by FORD. If you are the type of person drives a car for more than 5 years, u better go for Luxus.

Your car is old more than 100K, so there are not much difference between the trade in or sale ($500 most). Both dealer will only put that car to auction. If you like trouble, sale yourself. If you just want a new car, trade in.
