not the first two for sure. too small. you know, once you have kid, the car seat occupies a lot of space.
99 avalon and 00 camry all might have engine problems, known as oil sludge, so you have to look very carefully. the price for these two are about right. but there are still room for negotiation.
i have no experience with volvo. i heard it is a good car and very good safety record.

for 7-8k you can get a V6 malibu and much newer than camry and avalon. just a thought. BTW, camry and avalon are not bad car either.
