甲状腺肿瘤

我几个月前嗓子痛，做了B超，医生说是甲状腺结节，各侧有一个，右边的13x26mm，左侧的小些6mm。之后做了活检，结果是Follocular Neoplasm。约了专科医生要等到二个星期后才能看到。很是着急。
请问这个肿瘤很严重吗？我现在需要注意些什么？
