It is indeed unbelievable price. However, I can not take advantage of it because 2 travellers in my group hold chinese passports with no green card.
My friend did take advantage of the promotion.
Plain discrimination!
hopefull, Air Canada's promotion is a harbinger for other airlines flying to china :)
