Contract Position: IT - Physical Security Applications Support Analyst
Work Location: San Ramon, CA

Job Responsibilities: Support the enterprise physical security and a wide variety of business applications of Lenel OnGuard.
Candidate must be Lenel Certified and
• Programs in Lenel according to the programming sheets
• Understands physical security and CCTV
• Understands the business requirements and objectives
• Suggests alternatives to the solution set
• Resolves service restoration and requests
• Flexible and works well in a team environment and customers
Required Skills:
• Lenel Sapphire/Ruby/Diamond/Emerald Certified
• 3+ years of experience with large scale access control systems
• Strong physical security analytical skills
Desired skills
• Experience with Remedy Ticketing Tool or similar web based incident and change management tools
• Maintains and monitors the company-wide access control system
• Responsible for Level 1-2-3 support of the security applications
• Performs programming for the enterprise access control, CCTV and physical security applications
• Ability to maintain functional and technical requirements for IP compliance and design of the physical security systems
• Gathers information and assist in multi-region implementation activities for deployment and support of business infrastructure and security applications
• Familiar with SharePoint and application software upgrades to ensure optimum alignment with audit/compliance components, including managing upgrades/enhancements
• Documents business requirements & derives viable alternative solutions
• Participates in the development of test scripts based on documented requirements
• Uses standard templates and develops deployment timeline and milestone
