I think drive through is bad

It's a typical way of wasting energy.Why can't those people just park the car and walk into the store and buy things, instead of idling the engine while waiting for the purchase and wasting the precious gasoline?
I firmly believe the country should ban drive through, and lots of gas can therefor be saved.
