The initial post's title is not complete

It said "Cornell vs. UCLA". We all know these are two top notch schools and for sure the kid did amazing. However, the family is weighting the options between 农学院和文理学院。I have no intention to belittle 农学院, there're so many great 农学院 in US, such as Purdue, Texas A&M, UC Riverside, etc... Take our high school as an example, students KNEW it's an easier path to get in to Cornell thru 农学院, just like the easiser path to get in PENN thru Nursing school. simple question like we may have faced 30 years ago: 北京农业大学 or 南京大学天文系？

I have been to both Cornell and UCLA many times, and I LOVE both campus, they are all beautiful in different way. so no need to judge by that.
