刚刚跟大女儿美美，电子短信几句，非常非常的高兴欣慰。
美美非常的执着，努力，认真，大有干一番事情的劲头儿。
并开始意识到妈妈爸爸，作为一新一代移民，非常不容易，也非常的成功。
认为妈妈爸爸的工作生活经历经验，非常值得她学习。
因此，事无巨细，非常愿意与妈妈爸爸分享，听取妈妈爸爸的意见。
同时开始，关心帮助体贴妈妈爸爸的身体健康。
也时不时的提醒妈妈爸爸，应该注意那些事项，那些需要改进提高。

If just few minutes late, say nothing.

If late for 15 or more minutes, just tell your supervisors the traffic is bad. And say no more. It’s not a big deal.

Next time, if you know you will be late, send a text message, say you may be late for a few minutes.  It is professional.  It is courtesy. Your supervisors may also wonder what is going on with you.  They may also concern your safety as well.
