小孩还有两年就上大学了，应该如何调整家里的资产？

我的理解是上大学时奖学金机会和数额都不多。主要是助学金，取决于父母的纸面财产状况。

我们有一个小孩，夫妻都上班，没有辞职打算。有2套房子，有一些存款和股票，无房贷车贷。

请问该如何运作，才能让孩子拿到多些的助学金啊？
