我们这小村的烙印，小印越来越多。

在一批批小印的进攻下，

老四先后失去了高家庄的几个重要阵地：spelling bee, Geo bee, Math count什么的。有些阵地是一枪不发就丢掉了。

去年老四好不容易混进了初中的science bowl队，但到了首府的州决赛：不过三轮就被淘汰出局。

昨天又一次参加比赛（共21个队参赛），好像在第三轮又要被淘汰：

老四一看形势不好：立即短兵相接，刺刀见红。在抢答正确了几个问题后，信心大增。反败为胜赢了第三轮。

从此以后，便一发不可收拾，连赢6场，进入了决赛（最后得了第二名）。

这是他第一次获得竞赛奖牌，而且是完全意外获奖，全家人都喜出望外：值得祝贺。
