当一个城市不扫街不管理乞丐时

虽然在城里上班，但是活动范围有限，那经常走的街也就那么几条。所以那么多年了，只注意到街上的脏和乱，却没注意到从来也没有扫街的人和车。最近才知道，难怪，这个城里是没有 regular street cleaning的。

乞丐是另一个问题，到处是。车站里能把人熏死。

广播说，地税只见长，市政府的服务没见改进。

还是躲在办公室，写写字，听听音乐，偶尔灌水健康。
