Fat/meat are not as bad as many people thought. One should avoid high cholesterol high fat food, but cannot go to the other extreme. If I recall it right, most cholesterol in body does not come from food. Completely avoiding or taking little fat/meat is not healthy at all. Lean person might not be very healthy. Do not go to the extreme. I recalled that in one clinical trial, the people taking a drug to reduce cholesterol and that trial was stopped very soon as some some them die from sudden death.
