国内来留学真的有这么容易

我朋友女儿，北方交大这一档的学校，成绩还行，勉强10%吧，说是只要托福（100）GRE考上线，就能去伯克利，UCLA，cmu之类的学校读计算机硕士。这些都算计算机一流的吧。当然是自费的没有奖学金的。大家说靠谱吗？我真不知道。我那时北清出来计算机也申请不这么好的。 我怕朋友上当，请了解情况的朋友不吝赐教。
