儿子昨晚回家沉痛告诉我们，他的医学院一位同届同学，精神科住院医自杀了。五月里不到一星期他失去了两位同学。

做住院医的地理位置很重要。很多专家建议，第一年住院医应尽可能选择离家近或附近有亲戚朋友的地方。这样可在需要时得到精神及物质方面的支持。大城市生活工作节奏快，人的压力大，人与人之间可能冷漠些。对有些住院医来说可能不是最佳选择。
