是你们州的house and senate通过了新的tax reform bill and budget, 但是州长不同意，general assembly又否决州长，但是：

The House and Senate are expected to vote for a bill that makes corrections and other changes in the tax bill, including removing a provision from the tax bill that would have suspended a key tax incentive relied upon by major manufacturers in the state including Ford, Toyota and GE.

注意，这篇报告说的主要是tax bill, 而不是budget.

即使新budget生效，也不是“学校日子按既定方针办”。
