自自然然的成长. Most of them become average person in the society (nothing is wrong). The income of average families in the US is ~$50-70k(??, not sure). If a chinese parent with an "average kid" does not mind this kind of life, just go ahead do it.

One cannot blame/prevent other people, who are less talented, with lower IQ, with lower EQ, to work hard to have a better life than the "naturally better" ones (like higher iq, eq, etc).
