Early P has huge advantage over RD.

M would want to see more research, top awards, and STEM activities. Also, EA M is not any easier than RD. So you might just want to do RD.

Don't waste time on UIUC or Purdue apps. Skip them. She is not going there.

At Vandy/Rice level, she can pretty much nail.
