大家怎么看？ 女人的智商肯定不输给男人，他的论点是女人专注度不够，不愿意干这种高精尖的工作。 所以Google不应该费那么大的劲来promote女人搞high-tech.

2. My team with 50% female-identified routinely scrutinized.  I've had to be advocate to get fairness for them.
