招小中女是一箭双雕，一石二鸟

填补了minority和woman两个空缺。黑莫女又根本没法和小中女在学术上竞争。所以小中女基本不是被歧视的一群。而因为招了大量小中女，小中的整体数目也达标了，反而小中男的数目会被进一步压低，显得歧视进一步加重
