多学了门外语申请学校有用吗？

小中女三门外语，7门AP (junior 为止）。拉琴science research，writing 全做了。州奖，regional 奖。3.9GPA, SAT2300/ACT34, subject 760/790. 校报editor，中文学校TA教琴，二个Summer 在research institute 做research, 一个summer在一个political 竞选组织做intern. 申请小藤有戏吗？
