A korean roofing company owner told me his company earns million

The owner is a high school graduate. He has worked for a windows factory for 10 years, then joined a roofing company and learned skills. He changed roof for my house. Great job,great service and good price. He said there is few Chinese in roofing business. He guessed that Chinese do not like outdoor works.
His kids are all in good colleges.
Which way is better way?
