还是孩子的多动症

我家的孩子有多动症，但是绝不会吃药的。现在6岁，在每周去看psychologist， 进行psychology therapy。孩子的老师还算好，每周都会给我一个weekly report，（是关于孩子在学校的情况）。这是这个星期的，但给的早了，现在才星期三，通常老师会在周五给。我没有发现孩子这几天在家有什么异常，看到这样的email，我应该如何回复呢？谢谢大家。

I wanted to give you an update about XX's behavior this week.  He is very high energy and noise and having a lot of trouble controlling his body while walking in lines or in the classroom in general.  He mi*****ehaved very badly for the substitute on Monday and he had a really difficult day yesterday.  Today was slightly better but not by much.  I have been using the FM unit （this is for his auditory processing disorder) more which is helpful and utilizing our secret signs to remind him about raising his hand and having private conversations with him about working hard. I just wanted you to know and see if you've noticed any difference at home the last few days as well?  If you have any further suggestions or questions please feel free to let me know- thanks!
