I am afraid your glance will not be followed by love and acceptance. I am afraid that you will think less of me, that you will laugh, and that your laugh will kill me. I am afraid that deep down inside I am nothing, that I am no good, and that you will see and reject me.

想起我儿子四五岁那段对我的态度和其他人的态度特别挑剔的日子。我想，如果孩子能表达，是不是也就是上面这段话呢？
