to black, sounds like 民主党 have given that for long time. If you looked at history, such handout is not that long. 一手造成 not only due to Dem's handout but also racism from Dem in the history. Since Blacks population % is stead, Dem is bring more Hispanic to stabilize the base, eventually it will speedy the country's down. Apart from immigration reform, another trick Dem is playing which can hurt the country is Student loan. The existing student loan is already a huge number. A large number of loan will default some day.
