双方的律师都可以把自己不喜欢的 kick out, so the process takes at least one day.  Sometime the reason to remove candidate doesn't make sense in my view. One time I was in the candidate pool for a case of contract dispute.  If a candidate had experience in making contract, they removed you from the list. However the judge said in the introduction, it would have contract expert as witness to talk about lengthy details of the disputed contract. If the juror(s) has no any knowledge about contract, how could they understand the dispute and make the correct verdict?
