电邮, 说我要和谈一下。

新老板的邮件是中午11点发给他们的， 他是这样写的： 

I can speak with her today– the delay isn't related to the nature of the contract.  We did have a change in PM’s and just needed time to look at the open roles to make sure they align to the direction the program will be going. 

我去掉了一大段的解释， 因为涉及公司改组的内容

 When Chad met with the team, they stressed the importance of this role an spoke of the expertise that XXX(my name) will bring.  So we're making the decision because we sincerely want her to be part of the program -it unfortunately took a little longer than we anticipated to arrive at that decision.

Hope that helps, my schedule is pretty flexible today, so I can talk with her, just let me know what time works for her

看来那公司推迟是有原因的， 他们也是希望请一个长期雇员的， 这点我错怪了他们了

我约了明天和新老板谈。 我也和猎头说了工资的事。 他说“ I wish you didn't ask that" 他说那PM只是管技术的， 不知道薪金的事， 可能他自己的工资就是我要求的那个数。 无论怎样， 我明天还是会和那新老板谈工资的事的， 如果不达到要求就不去了。

和猎头谈完， 头疼得厉害， 以为已经过去的事情还没有完结。

换工作也真是累...
